Wanted to explore Blackpool and this hotel was cosy base for doing it.

Can't recommend highly enough for a speedy visit.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, with a modern en-suite bathroom and freshly cooked breakfast made to order, ensuring a comfortable stay were standout features for me, especially being in such a convenient location just a short walk from the train station and major attractions.

The check-in was very good and the atmosphere was quiet overall. I had the triple room which was spotless and tastefully decorated with my own bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful and included. The staff were very hospitable and food was good.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the host and enjoyed the clean and pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. My room was more spacious than I anticipated, providing ample space for my belongings. The comfortable bed ensured I had a restful night, and the amenities offered were just what I needed for a great getaway.

Locking guests out after midnight is quite peculiar!!! The overwhelming presence of the owner's dog upon entering could be refined for a smoother guest experience!!!

The warm welcome from Graham made our stay feel like home! The room was fresh and perfectly clean. Only downside was the limited parking options nearby. Would def recommend! 😊

Nice place with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a cozy lounge area, and a tv. I'll always remember the staff's kindness when they helped return my forgotten jewellery. Highly recommend staying here!

Really spacious family room for us and the kids, had a good night's sleep without any noise bothering us. Breakfast was pretty tasty, and the self-serve drinks were a nice touch! The only thing was the shower could've been better since it felt a bit dated. Otherwise, we had a great time!
